Week two....**Brennen's Arrivial**

O little man I have waited and waited and craved and craved you from the moment I knew, like really knew you were coming to our family! When Jeannette called us and asked us to become parents to you the nesting began and it continued 'til the day you were FINALLY in my arms. The miracles that have happened are countless, the love that has grown is eternal, the souls that have been touched reach miles and all I can do is thank my Heavenly Father for our Angel mama, for without her I wouldn't have another miracle to add to my boys. I can firmly say there is a 'Plan' that our Heavenly Father does know all and even in moments of dispare he can create the most beautiful situation a heart can dream for.
I never thought I'd get the opportunity to record our birthing story. To share this miracle (you're going to hear that word a lot...just to pre-warn) of new life with my husband by my side. Both Cory and I thought that was another of the countless things that we just wouldn't have to opportunity to share together. But like I have said Jeannette is a women like none I've ever met. So here's our story....
We had spent Saturday night watching movies and headed back to the hotel around 10:30pm. On our drive home I told Cory I think tonight's the night. But then we laughed because we both have said that, oh just a few, times over the past week. But when we made it back to the hotel we set out clothes and gather Mitchel's things, just in case. At 12:30ish am, Jeannette called me and said she thinks we should go to the hospital. So we loaded up and headed to her house. We left Mitchel there with Jeannette's 2 kids and mom and then the 3 of us headed to the hospital.  We got there and the nurse pretty much had to chase Jeannette to the maternity ward, she was walking so fast. At one point she told the nurse, 'Come on girl I want this baby out!' We got to the room and stepped out while Jeannette was hooked up to all the monitors. When we walked in the room she was all smiles and dilated to a 7! Yay, that's admitting numbers right there! So it's 1:20am now. Cory and I post up at the top of the bed and we make it clear to EVERYONE that there are NO LADY parts to be seen! The nurses and Doctor were awesome. A couple contractions and 3 pushes later @ 2:03 am on May 13th, Brennen Cory was born. So yes if you can calculate it was just about 45 minutes we were at the hospital! She did wonderful, he was beautiful and more prayers were answered on Jeannette's and Brennen's behalf.
To share this with Cory, to hear our babies first cries, to see the new life, my heart has only felt this overflowing once before and that was when I saw Mitchel and Sandi for the first time. Words just can't explain the love I have for these ladies. But I love them. I'll love them forever and they will always be in my heart because everyday a piece of them is in my arms.
