Mitchel's teacher from church introduced us to the best thing in our week!!! Soccer!! This team is amazing. All the kids on the team have some kind of disability, but for 1 hour they are like every other 'friend' that they hear talk about playing sports. It's amazing, funny & humbling to watch these kids play and they could be prouder! It was a great thing I was wearing sunglasses our first time as there were many times tears meant my eyes. How blessed are we to have Mitchel.
Mitchel is hooked! He loves soccer nights on Monday & Thursday and I was way excited when by chance he got #12. That was my number all through high school and he's the 12th grandchild on my families side! So any family that comes during a Monday or Thursday...your in for a treat :)
