Over the Labor day weekend the Mortensen Family came to meet lil'Brennen and get a quick vacation in. It was a great weekend were we yet again played, Mitchel who FINALLY got not only 1 boy cousin, but 2 boy cousins to wrestle with, introduced their family to the fabulous land of Shields, ate great Mexican food, had a great time black light bowling and even the 'big' boys hit up the local Rib cook off. Shana and I vouched for kids and a movie night. And from hearing about the crowd down there I think we got the better part!
Mitchel and Reese had a BLAST to say the least. Kira was nice a patient to put up with these two crazy boys. She is smart through on the picture below you'll see her up on the rock being the announcer for the boys brawl..like I said she's a smart one!
And yet again, Uncle Cory and the 'hog' were the hit. Everyone enjoyed a couple rides on the bike around the neighborhood, even Uncle Tom & Aunt Shana had to get a taste of the open air!
Thank YOU all for the fabulous, relaxing, laughs, loves and memories. What a great weekend it really was!! Mitchel of course needed a ride like everyone else so he jumped on and they 'raced' the Mortensen's out of the neighborhood!!!
