Just to warn you all this is going to be a picture overload.... I got pic's of the whole house and well we are just feel SO INCREDIBLY BLESSED to finally have our home!!!! We found out from our Awesome neighbors in our caldesac that our house was vacant for 3 years, then someone bought it @ an auction, fixed it up, and we bought it. Then talking to a lady 2 houses down who had bought their house (which is the same as our house) a month before us on a short sale paid more than us by $3000! Can't deny that the Lord knows what we'd like and need, then when the time is right he sends the blessings down!
So with that Welcome to the Witters Home in Sparks, Nevada!
One of my friends in WA found this..... I don't think it could be more fitting for me :)
As you walk in the door and turn to your left we have our wonderful Tent and Tunnel room (this is one of the many proofs of moving from small-1300sq feet to large-2100sq feet)
Our dinning room, which we were so excited to be able to finally have all chairs fit at the table!
To the right when you enter the house there is a double doored room that I'm sure was the office. I have always heard people say they love having a toy room so we decided to give it a try and I must admit, I LOVE IT TOO!
At first I didn't think I'd like how the kitchen was set up, but I am LOVING that too. I tell you it's so weird to have to actually walk in a kitchen. I'm so used to being able to reach everything with a plant and spin technique!
Off the kitchen is a little breakfast nook, which as you can see we are still searching for the table, and our little computer area. And just to pre-warn.... paint will be coming along very soon to these oak cabinets and walls!!
The living room off the kitchen... Thanks mom for coming and HELPING us so much and for the cool house decor gifts. I still am in love with them :)
Living room, spare bathroom, hallway to bedrooms, 2 HUGE linen closets (LOVE), another door to the toy room, laundry room and then exit to garage... all pictures below!
Off living room bathroom.
Our bedroom, it has double doors (LOVE) a alright walk-in closet and .....
bathroom with a jet tub, which I have used and NO CORY it's not going anywhere! His thought was to rip it our and well sweet love of mine, that just isn't going to happen! Remember the garage is all yours!!! heheehe Ahhh to double sinks too, where I don't find mysterious boy things in it :)
Spare room that hooks into a Jack & Jill bathroom.
Mitchel's room, which also will be getting a coat of paint!
The Jack & Jill sink area, which in this picture you can't tell, but is HUGE...
and then in a separate room from the sink in the tub/toilet. As Mitchel tells everyone who comes.... That is MITCHEL'S toilet!!! I'm glad he got that now. He kept going to my toilet to do the stinky and well that just wasn't right!
Laundry room, and Mop sink (LOVE)
Voice from Cory " AHHHHHHHHHHH a 3 car Garage with attic storage!" followed by man grunt!
Backyard standing from one corner. It's not as big as Seattle, but it's beautiful. When mom was here she did a count for us... 14 trees total, 11 or which line our backyard! I'm in SHADE heaven in a few years!
Along the side of the house... this will be raised garden beds next year!
As you can see we are LOVING having our home and happy as can be!!!
My mom was a trooper. We met up with them in WA, where we were able to watch a niece of mine play ball in a tourney they were having (total BLAST and LOVED see you guys!), my mom wasn't feeling too good, but came along for the 13 hour journey with me in the car following Cory in the U-haul. We got here on Sunday and by Tuesday mom really wasn't getting any better, so we brought her to the doctor Tuesday morning to find that the poor, sweet-heart, had Shingles:( We felt awful for her, she got some meds from her doctor and we sent her home on Wednesday. She was an amazing sport despite it all. Thank YOU SO MUCH mom for taking the time! You were again an Angel to us in our moving adventure! Glad you are getting better and had a little time to heal, but we sure are missing you!

It's gorgeous Kristen! You've done a great job decorating it too. I'm so happy that you guys get to have a place of your own, and be settling in this fun new location. Best of luck to Cory and you guys on your new adventure!!!
I love the temple pic by the way, and oh...you still going to host Thanksgiving for us?! I really think we should plan that!
Aw, I love the new house! It looks like you guys are already settled in - you've been hard at work!
I love that sign on your front door, too. I can just hear your voice saying "Remove your shoes or scrub the floor!" Ha! That no-nonsense sign is perfect for you.
We miss you guys, but I'm happy to see that you're doing well. I hope Cory comes home, sooner or later. :)
I love that sign about choices, LOL! I need one!
Your dining area is so beautiful with the cut out window behind the table!
Congrats on the toy room!! May Mitchell enjoy many hours of destruction-free fun and happiness there :)
NO, no, no... Cory, you mustn't get rid of the indoor hot tub pool. Mitchell needs somewhere to swim in the winter. Silly boy.
K, the house is perfect, I just love it and I'm so glad you were able to get it!
That is a gorgeous house. It's so nice to have a home to actually call your own and do whatever you want to it. Congrats!
