SINCE JULY.... and we LOVED every minute of it :)
First we started off with a double surprise, one that Cory really took a day off and two, that he came home early on Friday! We had so much fun and got SO MUCH done. It was really a great weekend. We figured that we haven't had a "Fun Family" day in a long time, so we went exploring the great city of Sparks, NV. We found this really cool place that had a glow in the dark Pirate Mini-golfing course. Mitchel had a blast, we did too, but it was so fun to watch him. Cool factor on it is that once we paid we got to go through as many times as we wanted.... 3x's for us and Mitchel was still begging for more! But the bellies were getting hungry so we had to depart, with the promise that we'd be back for more!
Then Saturday was a the 'serious' work day and man did we do good. We got everything that we possibly could done on my Sweet Honey Due NOW list!!! Ahhhh I love these kinds of days! Mitchel was Cory's SHADOW to perfection and the fact that he got to go under the house with Dad, put Dad even higher on his list of being TOTALLY AWESOME!
Now we'll be all ready for all the family to come for Thanksgiving! WAHOOOO we can't wait!

It looks like a LOT of fun! So cute.
And I know the feeling of single mom...But the good thing is Caleb has every Sunday off now, and that's such a nice change!
Love the Mitchel had his little flashlight with him too!!
You are right. Danny would have LOVED the golf place. He probably would have loved getting under the house with Cory & Mitchel too! Hugs to you all!
I wonder why under the house is so cool to boys. All I can think of is all the spiders that might be under there! But boys seem to love it! Glad you had a fun family day!
Looks like you guys had a lot of fun! It's so nice when you can have days together as a family.
Looks like a lot of fun!! I can't wait to come down for Thanksgiving either, I'm so excited!
I believe a lot of people will be surprised to read this article!
